Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the remarkable surprise upgrade to the spotless top-floor room with luxurious amenities, including a complimentary bottle of wine, water, and a heartfelt welcome card, everything was just perfect. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The location was ideal, close to transportation and surrounded by great restaurants. Although the dining experience fell a bit short one day, overall, this hotel is a true gem and offers fantastic value for your money.
The hotel offers lovely spacious and very clean rooms with complimentary bottled water, coffee, and biscuits each day. The service is extremely attentive and welcoming. The location is fantastic with a lively street of cafes and restaurants nearby, although it is a bit farther from the main sights in London. The dining experience was everything we expected with a great selection of hot and cold items. The facilities are top-notch making the stay convenient and enjoyable.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with chocolates and fruit, but the room we booked turned out to be more akin to a superior broom cupboard located in the basement without a traditional window, disappointing that it wasn't ready until 2:00 p.m. The service exceeded my expectations with attentive and helpful staff, although the skylight in the room caused early awakening. The location close to Earls Court Station was convenient for accessing the Tube and nearby attractions. The dining options were varied and good value for money, although breakfast was not available. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable positives and negatives.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and just like they are pictured, with nice bathrooms and lots of extras like fruit, wine, and coffee-making facilities. However, the size could have been better. The service was top-notch, especially Mahima in the restaurant, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location was excellent, being close to Earl's Court Underground Station and within walking distance of museums. The dining experience was lovely, with a good range of options. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor issues.
The hotel offers a supreme double room, though with two single mattresses together on a double base, and initially chilly until the heating was fixed. While slightly pricey, once warm, the room was comfortable.
The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Earls Court underground station offering plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. Despite some room wear and tear, the service was exceptional. The dining experience was of good quality with a varied selection. The facilities were well above average.
The hotel is conveniently located near Earls Court tube station, providing easy access to public transport and great dining options. The rooms are perfect for a short break, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. However, the dining experience is ordinary and could use improvement in catering to various dietary needs.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Earl's Court station with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the room I stayed in faced a noisy cement wall with mechanical noises and rowdy pigeons. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the rooms weren't serviced daily, so essentials like tea, milk, and water were not replenished during my 3-night stay.
My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The initial room was downstairs without a view and not very clean, but the reception kindly moved me to a different room with complimentary freebies, which made up for it. The spotless rooms with superb large double beds, quality pillows, and ample amenities like tea and coffee facilities, along with biscuits and chocolates, made for an excellent stay.
The hotel offers a nice, quiet, and spacious stay, though the basement location lacks natural light and shows some wear and tear in the room furnishings. The service is friendly and accommodating but slightly inefficient at times. Its central location near the tube station is convenient but may not suit all preferences. The dining experience varies in quality, and the facilities provided are adequate.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was outstanding with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the street, although I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have bathrobes and slippers or the promised mini bar. However, the birthday surprise with flower petals, chocolates, balloons, wine, and a birthday card was very thoughtful and made my stay extra special.
